You can not try before you buy! Very common misconception. But staff there were awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely going back on Tuesdays.

Customer service is astronomically great. The door and counters were sanitized twice in the 15 minutes I was there. As a hiring store manager in retail, these employees are absolute gold and management should be proud. As a consumer, the prices/selection/speed was fantastic and the loyalty program and juice customization was explained so patiently and sweetly. Thank y'all so much!

Everyone that works here are extremely helpful and very friendly. They are all very knowledgeable on all the products and always goes above and beyond with service. I love that they have $9.00 30ML bottles on sale every week and are constantly switching flavors so you can always try something new if you want to. Great company and great employees!!

I’ve been coming to Madcatt for 10+ years. They are literally the only place that has the vape juice flavors that I want, the 18 mg that I can’t find anywhere else and if I happen to go anywhere else (I live an hour away from there now), it’s a waste of money. I hope they never go out of business. I honestly don’t know what I’d do!
