Fast service, friendly/informative/helpful staff. Top notch customer service. I bought a defective vape and came back on a later date when I opened the packaging. They gave me another one to replace it and it was defective too. It ended up being a defective batch (not their fault). They let me do an exchange for another one at the same price or lower. It was totally my fault for not getting the correct vape (2 brands looked exactly the same). And I should’ve tested it before leaving. But I come in enough for them to know I bought it there. And upon further inspection, the whole batch was defective. But they didn’t have to do what they did for me… and I’m very appreciative of that! I’ve been using the brand I replaced it with ever since. The employee told me I could save money and buy a vape where just the juice needs to be purchased instead of the whole thing. They look out for their customers! 5/5 stars. They have an awards program as well.

This place was a life saver today. It’s so hard to find 0mg juice but they had a great selection compared to most places. The dude working picked me out a great tasting juice that I would have never tried on my own. I’ll definitely be going back.

This place is a little hole in the wall type store, but when you walk in, it is clean and inviting and the staff seem to be in a genuine good mood, it was a pleasure to find this place
