An awful experience! I wish I could do negative stars. Upon our arrival we asked about available seats. We were escorted to a table, purchased drinks, hookah, and a bottle, spending over $500. Before the server could finishing pouring the champagne we were advised that we have to move because some reserved the table. We thought we were going to be moved to another table, but to our dismay, they moved all of our drinks bottle hookah etc. to a speaker!! I asked for a refund on the spot and was told they voided the bottle transaction, but what about the drinks and hookah??? We literally went from bottles and lights to a dark hole in the corner. I still have not seen my refund!!! As an event leader I know there were so many ways they could have mitigated this debacle but they had my money and did not care!! Not only will I NEVER return, I will make sure everyone I know in the DMV is told about this awful experience!

Yanita was such a pleasure. Very attentive and efficient. Great service, atmosphere and food. I came for the music and scene which both were good. Will be back. The shrimp was excellent and jollof oh my and I’m very picky about that.

This is not a hookah bar … this is a bar that happens to have hookah. I don’t mind the prices (still overly priced) but I did not mind it. It was a very lively experience. I am an olive Hispanic - lol I was whitest person in the room. Still felt welcomed. The servers are all ladies and they are all very much beautiful. The server I had was very attentive and welcoming. I would 100% go back. I found this place off Google and I think in Laurel it’s the best they have! 18% is added automatically to your bill. Please don’t sell the ladies short. From my experience she deserved 20%+ and I did leave her at least 25%. I was moved from one side to the other because they wanted some guy to sit where I was sitting. I did not like that but that’s not the servers fault. I would definitely go back ! The food is good, the oxtail rolls are ok ( I don’t think they had any oxtail ), sweet plantains are good 😊

What a terrible set up. I can't imagine what kind of event that layout works for...? A narrow walkway, seats on the left and right. Strip club, maybe? But then they can't do their spins and stuff. Nope. Definitely not a place to dance and have that kind of fun. Sit around and look in people face, that's about all you can do there. Walked in, walked right back out. Waste of time and money to me. Never again.

Had a great night with family and friends to celebrate my husband's birthday. Food, hookah, and music was a vibe. Our server for the evening was Rachel. She was amazing. Super attentive and friendly. Ask for her! :)
