Linda is always friendly to everyone who comes in the store. She knows most of us by name and gives excellent customer service. The store is always busy but Linda never gets stressed she just handles everyone as they come to the window. She has to juggle between lottery and regular cashiering. She never focuses on one more than the other. She makes it a pleasure to come in the store!

Love how the cashier pays more attention to her phone call than customers. Mid transaction she goes to help a woman with her lottery (who had only just walked in) over my purchase. So I had to stand and wait 3 mins and got exact change while I waited just for cashier to assume I was using a card and yell “swipe again” only I was using cash. She gets mad when you don’t move the UPC code for her to scan the items.

Ms.Linda Has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in this job! She loves to have conversations, she loves to make the kids laugh . Such a positive person . GIVE HER A RAISE 🎒🎒

I must say, HANDS DOWN ... this is the most friendly and professional mini convenience store in all of Middle River. However, I was present when review writer “Jamie Lanston” was making her purchase. (I am the young lady that was at the front of the line with the headwrap whom she walked so callously in front of while completing my money transaction). Unfortunately, jumping a line of loyal customers is not proper etiquette or mannerisms. When purchasing tobacco products, proper identification must be presented to the merchant by states law. No comments were made regarding this young ladies “appearance”. Writing frivolous and vindictive reviews out of anger is rather shameful and malicious. KWIK MART.... YOU ROCK!!!!

Linda is such a kind and personable person. She has good customer service skills and she is always very friendly.
