Good experience, Moe was good, he needs to be the manager. Opened the vapes for me to try and was knowledgeable. Good customer service coming from someone that’s been in customer service for a long time.

If i could give a zero star rating i would Today, 13 January 2026 at around the 3P o'clock hour I was very rudely and i felt spitefully thrown out of Sky High Tobacco and Vape while inoccently speaking with my bank in discussing why my bank card got declined, through no fault of my own, apparently there was a system failure that led to other customers of my bank that also resulted in declined transactions. I was even accused of "always doing this" at their store when i had NOT purchased ANYTHING from there establishment, ever, and now WON'T EVER become a patron of this store. beginning today: i now VOW to NEVER ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE ANY of my JUUL PODS THERE AGAIN - NEVER, EVER. I instead shall travel to Silver Spring to make ALL MY FUTURE JUUL PURCHASES AT SMOKE ISLAND, off of Georgeia Avenue, just South of the 485 exit of Georgia avenue they have never nor would they EVER TREAT customers as i had been treated today at Sky High Tobacco and Vape. The store staff at Smoke Island are ALWAYS friendly, respectful and appreciative of my patronage and I feel anyone would also as opposed to buying from Sky Tobacco and Vape. They even offer a frequent customer discount!
