Everytime I have shopped here the staff have been super nice and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because on a friday at 1245 pm the store said open but doors were locked. I watched 3 customers try to door to no avail. Its hard to stay consistent if ur lock the doors in the middle of the day.
Visited today and Mohammed and his sales young lady were very helpful and respectful and non judgmental to my smoking needs, bought some butane and pipe accessories - was given very good/cheap prices in comparison to other shops nearby that I have paid up to 3 times as much. Seemed like if they didn't have what you needed that they were interested in knowing and maybe order it if they could. Extremely good customer service and prices on so many different variety of smoking needs. A+++
DO NOT Spend your money here! Horrible experience with wasting mine.The young girl they have working there does not want to be there, is not willing to help and just basically shrugs and doesn’t have any suggestions. I bought a $20-30 vape battery and it broke the next morning- internal error. I was looked at like I was stupid when I went there and asked for a replacement. “I can’t do anything”. “Ask my sister” (manager maybe?) who is there during the day when I’m at work. To avoid conflict, I decided to just buy another one (we’re up to $50 now in two days). It was a different type of battery, and also stopped working the next day. That’s a lot to spend and I still don’t have a working battery. I called and asked if anyone there could help me today. I was given this same ridiculous answer with an attitude. I’m not sure exactly who is running this place, but nights and weekends are important too! Get it together guys

Bought a RAW lighter, I flicked it once and it stopped working. I called and asked if I could get a replacement or refund. The girl said no, I dont do refunds or replacements...since when?
