I absolutely love this place!! Smoke on the Water is my go-to spot. From the moment you walk in the staff are warm, polite, and genuinely down-to-earth — always welcoming without any attitude. The store is immaculate at all times, thoughtfully arranged and spotless, and it always smells amazing. On days when I'm in a terrible mood I can pop in for a minute and the whole energy shifts; I leave feeling lighter and happier. Friendly people, a beautiful space, and a consistently great experience — highly recommended. If every business had employees as welcoming, friendly, and down-to-earth as those at Smoke on the Water, the world would be a far better place.
