Products are great, but customer service is awful. Used to be my go to place but the new employee they have there is unbearable. He is too high to understand what I ask for, so I have to repeat it several times. Even when i use their numbering system to describe which vape id like, they still give me the wrong product multiple times!! Genuinely so annoying.

As my go-to smoke shop, this place absolutely slaps! Prices and demeanor can’t be beat. Mo no longer mans the counter as he’s opening another location in Glen Burnie yet the current cashier is really good.
