Store reps are always late..selection is horrid...the staff try to overcharge you..will say one price but charge you more unless you say something

The couple of times I’ve been in Malik waited on me & he’s very nice. The problem I have with them is no one ever answers the phone. It’s either a busy signal or it just rings & rings or if I leave a message no one calls me back. It’s too bad. I’d buy more there but if I can’t get in touch to find out if they have a product in stock I’ll call someplace else. It’s very bad customer service imo.

Disappointing visit. I'm trying to upgrade from disposables into rebuildables and stopped in today to get a bottle of juice and some advice on fixing an atomizer short error message on my new mod that I can't figure out. Upon explaining the issue I'm having, the guy at the counter took my mod (Armour S mod/Asgard Mini v2), looked it over briefly and told me he had no experience with these kind of devices. OK, no problem. Maybe he's new or only knows pod systems or whatever. I ask if there's anyone else on staff who can help another day/time? Also no. House of Vapes doesn't actually involve anyone who....knows about how vapes work. Cool. Do any actual, legit, knowledgeable vape shops exist anymore? It seems they're all glorified smoke/head shops now.

Just visited 11-22-2024 , got a geek bar (banana taffy freeze). He said since it’s the last one I’ll sell it to you for $20. My total came to $28 even. I asked for a email receipt. So the worker charged me $25 plus tax of course which was $3. First and last time I’ll be visiting that place. I asked if there was any deals going on and he replied no. I’d rather go out my way to Smoke King on route 40 because those guys ALWAYS have deals. I could’ve gotten 2 geek bars for $35 @ Smoke King. Shame the employee couldn’t even humble his price that he told me originally but I was just getting off work and didn’t have the time or energy to dispute it. Any future buyers out there beware of the price gouging. Plenty of other vape shops that won’t screw you over.

Fav vape shop! Malik has been the main reason why I still go. Top tier customer service & very personable. I visited once recently when he was off & I didn’t enjoy the service as much. Didn’t feel the same. The guy didn’t even smile or engage. Nice job hiring such a good employee. I always recommend going there to see him. Could use more products on the shelves, but Malik can sell water to a fish so I still leave with something good.
