I love this dispo! It's always clean and smells nice. I went today and the receptionist, Shannon is just so so warm and friendly! My Budtender, Ahmad was super knowledgeable and kind! As a matter of fact I have never had an unpleasant experience here. Everyone is sweet, knowledgeable, and kind. Even when I was late arriving for my order the other day, the woman who told me I couldn't come in was very gracious. Even though I couldn't purchase that night, I did not walk away angry. Seriously the staff at Curaleaf in Reisterstown make the experience so seemless, quick, and easy! Which is why I travel 30 minutes out of my way to get my medicine!🥰 P.S. Their products are legit, and the pricing is also very fair!

Came to curaleaf for first time as a curbside medical a few days back and the exceptional services provided by Aaliyah was beyond expected. She provided me feedback on what I ordered and even recommended a few different things I should try I ended up taking her word and I could not be more than pleased. If you’re in the owings mills/ reistertown area come to curaleaf they’ll take care of you!!

Having visited this location a few times, I was disappointed by the staff member who assisted with this purchase. While not always outgoing, the staff here has always been helpful, often offering several options for purchase. Last Saturday, however, I was "called" to the counter by a young, assumedly gay, brown skinned gentleman approximately 5"8" who could not speak but rather looked down at the counter and placed his hand in the air with a "come here" gesture. The service that ensued was commensurate. As I was leaving, another guest behind me (who I did not see) was greeted by the same associate with a big smile and acknowledgement. The disparity in greetings was egregious. I can only hope that the difference in treatment was not cultural, although many may believe so. When you're in customer service, you can't be a haughty diva. The customer is paying you, you're not paying them. I hope the manager is able to see this review and have a corrective discussion. Trust is hard earned and easily broken.
