I have been faithfully coming here every other week for a few months now. I usually come when the younger brother is here. He has always been pleasant and helpful. I can in today and the other guy was here, and just wasn’t polite what so ever. I come out to my truck never left mind you, opened my digger pod and notice how much juice appeared to be missing. This is the only kind I ever get, and I have never seen it with so much juice missing. I go inside and he immediately became defensive and I was simply trying to tell him I had never seen it like this before. He pulled the last one in the flavor it appeared the same way, but then grabbed 2 other flavors and they were full. I never once said I wanted my money back or anything. I didn’t even ask to trade it. But he was so rude that I just left. I won’t come back here now. He jumped to the assumption I was trying to get my money back or whatever he through, and was wrong. Now they lost a customer, and then some. Because I was telling people to go here, not ever again. Such a shame! Disappointed

Outstanding Smoke Shop Experience! I recently visited tobacco and vape , and I have to say, it’s hands down the best smoke shop in town! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience. The selection is incredible! Whether you’re looking for high-quality glassware, a variety of vapes, premium rolling papers, or unique accessories, this shop has it all. They carry a wide range of products to suit every taste and preference, and everything is well-organized and easy to find. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were. They patiently answered all my questions, offered great recommendations, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Their prices are also very reasonable, and they frequently have deals that make it even better. Overall, tobacco and vape is a gem. The combination of exceptional customer service, top-tier products, and a great vibe makes this a shop I’ll keep coming back to. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and check it out—you won’t be disappointed!
