Never coming back to any smoke island again. All their locations are straight jokes 🤦‍♀️ how have I been grabbing prerolls for months, seen 2 people walk out with the black tube for prerolls as I was walking in and when I go in all of a sudden they don’t know what I’m talking about??? They don’t have it??? But you literally just sold it to the last 2 people that walked out.. this has happened at EVERY location I’ve been to in the last 2 weeks. I had a friend who said the exact same thing happened to her but once she went in with her boyfriend that’s when the story changed and then they sold it to her. We shouldn’t have to have men behind us for us to get what we’re PAYING for. You get paid to do your job, SO DO IT. STOP CHOOSING WHO YOU SELL WEED TO 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ waste of time, waste of gas, waste of money, waste of space. Straight jokes I tell you 🤦‍♀️

Terrible quality- scammed- lots of loose weed. Not worth $$ better off going to legit spots that offered better real quality,deals and service.

Came into Smoke Island and was welcomed and greeted by two amazing employees who gave me the best experience since it was my first time in. Purchased a bong special crafted and wanted to come back for the other one. As I arrived home to take it out the bubble rapping I immediately notice that the bong was broken at an even angel and contacted the store to speak with a Manger or Supervisor. In all honesty I’m not blaming the employee nor and I blaming myself because as you can see the specific area was crafted with very then layer of glass and would have been easy to break on its own due to how thin it is. Now a store own or Manager would understood the situation and would have made a accommodation for me to be able to receive a form of store credit or even exchange of equal value, especially after the cost I paid for the bong. Not only did they not allow that, they made it seem as if I was the one who broke it. As you can see there aren’t multiple pieces for a person to break this. The only offer the gave me was 20% off my next purchase… which to me isn’t of equal fairness at all. When I got to the store to show them the item I was helped by two other employees who made my experience go completely down here. I wasn’t being helped in a proper way, I was treated as if I was slow or uneducated, and being kept standing and waiting while the gentleman kept walking away assisting other guest. The store is an amazing store don’t get me wrong. But as far as Management and Policies there should have been earn back to me in return vs given to the store.

Ive been shopping here for years. They always are upgrading and evolving. Mostly any tobacco product or vaporizer etc. is here for a reasonable price. Papers, Backwoods, Leafs, Funnel/Fronto, Lighters, Bowls/Bongs, Cbd, memorabilia, and they even have snacks. The staff has knowledge on whats being sold so they can give input or theyll know what your talking about. This place will take care of your smoking needs in a jiffy and theyll be ready to see you the next time.

They need a whole session of training with customer service.. very rude Its near me but I shoulda went to the other location i usually go to drive more for better experience...
