We purchase from this place often. Altho it's over priced, and the people often have an attitude problem. We will no longer buy from this place. My husband who never steps foot in there, along with my 21 year old went there yesterday to get me a vape as I'm unable to drive, and injured with a broken foot. The vape was faulty and didn't work. My husband went again with my 21 year old to get it replaced, and was told the the guy immediately was so angry and rude. He Refused to get it replaced, a $30 vape. As regular customers, I think this was absolutely bad business. When they arrived back home, I called them. He said, the vape works fine,even tho he was brought to him to show him. He got very nasty with me on the phone as well, put me on hold, and after 10 min wait, he said NO. I will NEVER set foot in there, he was so rude he said he didn't care. But, customers is what makes you the money for your over priced vapes and shit. You showed your true colors over $30. I'm sure I'm not the first or the last person either. I would encourage customers to go elsewhere and get a better service for something we pay for. They might not care to loose a customer, but karma is real.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is by far my favorite vape and tobacco shop in the Smithsburg area! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help with recommendations. The store is clean, well stocked, and has a great selection of products at fair prices. The customer service keeps me coming back. It’s always a great experience, and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a local shop that truly values its customers.

This shop has always had better prices than anywhere else. plus if you live in smithsburg its in a great location. The people who work there always very friendly and helpful.

This place will charge you $28 not including tax for a fogger vape when you can go to Hagerstown only drive an extra 5 mi and save $10 and then you'll get an actual vape at works never go to this place worst customer service especially the curly hair foreigner behind the counter 0 I should have read the other guys reviewed about how he was treated when he went into this facility very rude very ignorant

Whatever you do drive to Hagerstown to get your vape they will overcharge you and then when you ask them to refund your money back because the vape they sold you don't work the curly haired foreign guy who owns the place cusses you out and is very angry and very rude to you do never go to this place they are not worth it
