I normally go here a lot for my disposable Vapes and have always been a very huge supporter but I just went in today to get one of my disposable Vapes and they told me it was $30. When I asked if one brand was a different price than the other, because normally they are, I was told no every brand is $30; which is not like that in any store. The guy was so rude. I've never had service like this in this store which makes it so disappointing. But I guess from now on I'm going to either have to go to the other end of taneytown or down to Westminster........

Bought a vape box (vaporesso mini) on March 8th. It has stopped working twice since I’ve had it. Batteries are full charged, I have 3 of them I switch out they have a charging station it charges in. And it keeps cutting off and will not turn back on. I went in to talk to them about it to see if they would replace it. They refused and told me it’s the battery. It’s not after taking the battery in and out and tapping on it ,it finally came on battery showing full charge. When I asked them just to make a note so if it happens again once it can be replaced and the owner tried to gaslight me saying oh it’s your battery. This store could easily replace the device and get their money back with the manufacture as a default, but refused to. Don’t waste your time going to a place that doesn’t value your business. Paying $50 for an item should last more than 2 weeks. Horrible customer service. There is a place right around the corner they respect you enough to listen and will help with the problem. Shop there instead.

Visited Taneytown for the weekend, bought a singular vape from them on Saturday and noticed on Monday (after the purchase went through on my mobile app) I got double charged so I contacted the store and they’re refusing a refund. Offered a “discount” on my next purchase. I explained I live hours away and gave the exact amount paid and time of purchase and they still refused to help.

I went to tobacco zone in Taneytown Maryland. I bought two of the newest, disposable vapes made by lost vape they’re so amazing you get a great flavor and tacos and was so friendly and helpful
