When you successfully create a connection with your customers many of them might stay loyal for life -- and you'll have the chance to increase your overall profitability while building a solid foundation of brand promoters. But achieving that connection is no easy task. The shop that succeed are ones that stay true to their core values over the years and create a company that customers are proud to associate with.

Been here a couple times before, but tonight there was a different cashier (I’m used the one with the beard with an accent. Really nice btw) and I was asking him about tobacco leafs and As im getting ready to pay he starts accusing me of stealing. Maybe it’s because he was tripping because all three of the guys in there were higher than anything. But I’m never coming back here again. Would not recommend
