Better off going somewhere else before you try going here. Ive tried to go here 4 different times because my gf likes their vape and vape prices. 3/4 times ive gone here they are open, as the lights are on and so is the sign. But when I have tried to go inside on 3 separate occasions, the door is locked, no one answers or returns phone calls, and I leave angry. Better off going somewhere else before going here, because according to my odds, there's a high percentage chance they will just be not there. Granted I didnt wait around each time for more than 5 -10min, but yeah. The 1 time theyve been open, truly, and I was able to make a purchase. They were nice and had decent vape prices. Having just dealt with the door locked situation again. Im not coming back unless my gf forces me.

Bought a vape there and brought it home and the pod was defective and wouldn't stay in. I took it back the next week and they tell me "I have no idea who actually sold you this". Dude looked at me like I was trying to scam him. When I bought it, this vape was in the case next to the rest of the them. I tried to buy a new pod and dude looked through their inventory and told me they didn't have them. No solution, just looking at me like I'm scamming him. I told them fine, I'll just buy a new one but could they at least give a little discount and they refused. Go up the street to Tv Vapor. They're all cool and helpful and dude gave me a receipt and told me to bring it back if something's wrong with it. They even tried to fix the broken vape. edit: the bad review under mine by Brooke Thomas is the exact same vape I bought.

Great store! If you are looking for Mod's or Disposables this store has it!!! Plus they even let you try the disposable vapes before you buy it!!! Not many do.. You definitely have to check out this vape store!! Excellent customer service!! 👌

Sold two devices that were defective and unwilling to help with error messages, replace, repair, or give better guidance on what to buy. Products were only a week old and both were defective. The employee could not even explain error message on screen. He just wanted to sell me another charger and take another 60.00 from me.

Customer service is good but i bought a vape 2 days ago stops working randomly and they tell me im jus screwed wont be buying from them again
