I walked in for the first time on my way home from work. The guy working there welcomed me immediately chilled me around. Helped me pick a few cigars out to try. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. There isn't a cigar shop. I'd recommend more

I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years. Prior to the Davidus acquisition. What a pleasant experience every time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rodney knows his products. Love interacting with the other customers. I highly recommend Davidus Cigars Towson location.

I don't see that very well because they closed the door in my face at 5:12 in the afternoon. Where every time I come to buy cigarettes I buy more than 20 or 30 cigarettes. for my consumption. They didn't value me as a customer. Where there were still people sitting smoking inside the business, that doesn't look good to you.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this cigar company was disappointing enough to warrant one. From the start, I encountered a lack of professionalism and basic respect. The staff (Mariah) seemed inexperienced and poorly trained, more interested in proving a point than doing her job. When me and my friend asked questions, I was met with vague responses and a condescending tone. It’s clear there’s a lack of leadership and customer service training here on rules accountability. I came in hoping to support a specialty business—but unfortunately, I left feeling undervalued and unimpressed. WE won’t be returning.

In town from LA working at Towson Uni for a few weeks. Very friendly place! Felt right at home cus the locals were extremely welcoming. Def will be being going back. Can't recommend this place enough.
