really don't like writing this review — especially since I go out of my way to support local businesses. But this one earned it. A few weeks back, I came in and was told I had to buy a cigar to sit in the lounge. Understood, zero problems with that. Then I asked the bartender for water — just tap water, like any venue serving alcohol would provide — and he informed me it was a charge because he handed me a bottle. I bought it because I needed it, but that was a huge turn off. Still, I didn't let it deter me from giving the lounge a second try. On Father's Day, I walked in and bought a cigar because I knew the drill. Sat down for a good 10 minutes with a clear Deer Park water bottle I brought myself — because last time, simple hydration cost me. The bartender comes over and tells me I can't have my own water there. Wow. Talk about zero hospitality. While I sat finishing my cigar, a gentleman had food delivered straight to the bar — no problem at all. But a clearly marked bottle of water? That's the line? Make it make sense. And before anyone says liquor laws govern outside drinks — that's false. They have zero jurisdiction over non-alcoholic beverages. If I had a flask or some no-see-through cup, sure, raise an eyebrow. But a clear bottle that obviously has water in it is somehow a problem? I generally enjoy the lounge at Two Nineteen in Old Towne because of the positive hospitality and atmosphere… doing my part supporting the lounge here and Im charged for water, then denied my own, is the opposite of that. Sad to say, I can't support the lounge anymore. Very disappointing.

First visit, we found a nice, intimate lounge with a mature and relaxed crowd. The atmosphere was perfect for mingling, and the variety of cigars and drinks was impressive. The customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in. The space was both spacious and clean. We'll definitely return.
Invictus II in Waldorf is a whole vibe. The service is top-notch—friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Their cigar selection is excellent, with plenty of quality options whether you know exactly what you want or feel like trying something new. And the drinks? The chocolate martinis are hands-down the best—smooth, rich, and perfectly made. It’s also a Black-owned lounge, which makes supporting it even better. Add in a comfortable atmosphere and good energy, and it’s the perfect place to kick back, enjoy a great cigar, and unwind. If you’re in the Waldorf area, Invictus II is definitely worth a visit.
I'm a regular customer here and I absolutely love this place! My favorite spot to go to pssita in Southern MD. The vibe, the service the drinks- an unmatched experience! They do not serve food but you can bring your food or have it delivered. Plentiful selection of cigars, liquor and wine. Consistent vibe every single time. Black owned cigar brands are on display in their humidor alongside the popular brands and their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, will help you sort out your needs.
I came on a relatively slow evening and still had a good time. It’s a nice vibe. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.
