Hours are not as advertised! Came during my break at 10:30 AM multiple times and they were closed.

Can you guys please stop closing the store before 10 you guys advertise that you close at 10 but I get there at 9 and the door are already locked

As I walked into Tobacco Hut this evening I was hit with a lemony sent with a slight undertone of Clorox…. Simply put, it smelled CLEAN…. and I loved it! I initially came in to return an item because I previously purchased the wrong flavor. One of the three attendants exchanged it with no questions asked. I ended up browsing their inventory as the attendants gave me more info on the items and brands I selected. I ended up leaving the store with two additional items I can’t wait to try out! Customer service was A+. You can tell attendants want to get to know their customers. If your in the Waldorf/Saint Charles area looking for a Tobacco/smoke shop I recommend them!

Great prices. Good people. But they NEVER open on time. It’s really just inconvenient when you are waiting.

I walked in the gentleman at the counter was very nice, very helpful, if I was having a bad day he sure made a difference, his name is Kendall such a beautiful soul
