I am staying in the Berkshires and searched Cigar shops... am I ever glad I found and stopped in at this one! Great service, excellent selection, and came back with an amazing haul that included a new quad torch!

I've only been to bar 52 upstairs but it was a nice experience. The humidor is a decent size with a good selection. Ash trays were wiped down after every visitor. On the bar they had the large table top cutter so you can easily get any one of the 4 standard cuts on your cigar. For drinks there was a well curated selection of draught beer, bottled beer (including modelo negra), 3 ports: graham's 20, 30, and 40. I, regrettably, didn't get around to checking out the wine, rum, and scotch selection. Looking forward to going back next time the mood strikes or visiting the downstairs lounge for a mid-day cigar.

Always a pleasure to go here. Great people, great humidor. Summer is quieter, but it really gets going when the weather gets cooler. The best cigar bar in the area!

Place is amazing, owners and staff are top shelf! As another person pointed out you can’t find a bad soul in the place. Owners and management run a tight ship and care deeply about the customers and their experiences. If anyone had a bad experience I would say they are not the kind of people who are wanted there. It’s not easy to maintain such a high standard of clientele, atmosphere, and service.

We visited Cigar Room II and enjoyed a nice afternoon with Chris who was a very gracious host. There is an excellent humidor and a comfortable lounge where we enjoyed our smokes! This spot is a keeper for sure!
