The employees are really nice and helpful however I've gotten 2 broken pieces back to back that I didn't notice until getting home and they only offer a 30% discount on another purchase of the same value. After the second item was also cracked I am just breaking the loop by not returning to get more but it sucks losing $45 on two small broken pieces because I just don't trust the quality of their glass anymore. Still good for papers and accessories but the glass quality just isn't it and with that return/exchange policy, I don't want to buy anymore.

I really enjoy shopping here. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure exactly what attachment I needed for an existing piece that I didn’t even have with me for reference. I was recommending the exact product I needed and I was out the door for under $10. On another occasion, I was looking for a water pipe and I was shown where they are and told I could even get a discount. I am super happy with my purchase, and even got 5 free raffle tickets for the 4/20 celebration sale. I decided to stop in and see what that was all about yesterday, and I actually won a $100 gift certificate to use that same day. Incredible! I went home with two awesome new pieces for only $13! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for some new glass or smoking accessories.

The reason I am giving this place a three star review is not because of the service or the quality of the product, But it is instead due to a very recent change in the hours for this smoke shop. The hours have been cut down quite a bit and honestly, I find it to be slightly inconvenient for the night owls.

I absolutely love this place. They have a huge variety of items to purchase. Not only that, but the employees are so knowledgeable about every product and beyond helpful. I stop into this place at least once a week, and I have never ever had an even mediocre experience there. Check this place out!! Support small business!
