Called this store to inquire on the price of a product before driving out. Showed up to make the purchase and the cashier played with the register for 10 minutes before telling me they would not honor the online price as I was told on the phone earlier. Do not recommend buying dr dabber/puffco products here, just buy it cheaper online.

Best smoke in MA, I brought here Puffco peak pro I love it. Honestly, this is one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to. The vibe is super chill, and the staff are always friendly and helpful — they actually know their owner and take the time to answer questions without rushing you. The shop is clean, well organized, and has a great selection of vapes, glass, and other accessories. Prices are fair too.. I would definitely recommend..

I purchased a Puffco Hot Knife from this shop earlier today and immediately realized it was defective — it never powered on or worked at all. I came back within two hours of purchase with the product still unused, and the employee was hesitant to believe me. He called his boss, who claimed he had “never heard of issues with Puffco products.” After a quick Google search, I found that this is actually a very common problem with the Hot Knife, and Puffco even acknowledges it under their warranty policy. The shop reluctantly exchanged it for a new one, and at the owner’s request, the employee opened the replacement in front of me. It also didn’t work straight out of the box. The boss then suggested we “charge it for a while,” so I waited about 10 minutes in the store — still nothing. I took it home and charged it for over an hour, and it’s doing the exact same thing: blinking light, won’t power on. I called back to let them know, and was told to “take it up with Puffco” myself. That’s unacceptable. As a distributor of Puffco products, they should stand behind what they sell and ensure they’re providing working merchandise — not push the problem onto the customer. Now I’m out $55 and stuck with a defective product. Avoid this shop unless you want to gamble on faulty merchandise and zero accountability.

Went here today for the first time! Don’t give a lot of reviews but let me just say, A+ smoke shop. Such unique and creative pieces! The glass is beautiful and the prices are insanely reasonable for such nice stuff. Also everything else! Really great grinders too. I picked this one up today - it has a little pop out drawer! I love it. It was a recommendation from the owner - who is the absolute best. I’m super ADHD and take a million years to choose something and he went through all the different grinders with me. He gets an idea of what you’re looking for and gives you options (and unlike a lot of places, hes not just upselling you, he gives you what he genuinely things you’ll like) I will absolutely be back soon.

This is a great local shop lots of great items to pick from and the owner is super nice. I went to get a new pen and they did not have the one I was looking for but I was able to get something instead. It is a good substitute for not but it is not meting my needs. I wish they had the one I was looking for in stock or the one I did get was a little cheaper for what it is. Prices are hit or miss but overall a good spot with good people.
