This store is operated by Scammers. I bought a battery from them on July 1st. It broke a few days later. so Today, on July 6th, I went in to get it replaced. The staff told me they don’t do returns unless the item was returned within 6 days. When I pointed out that it’s still within 6 days he said he couldn’t do it and called his manager to tell me that he couldn’t do it. His manager then told me they only accept returns and refunds for 1 day. Entirely different from the staff in the store. Neither could explain to me why the window changes or why they couldn’t exchange the battery. If a store does not advertise their returns window. the standard by Mass law is 60 days, this store is in clear violation. Shop here if you want to be stolen from and scammed.
