I had a really great time at this hookah place! It was the first time for me and my friends, and we really enjoyed it. One customer was rude to us, but I spoke with one of the staff members, and he handled the situation quickly and professionally. The staff were doing their best, although the place was a bit small. The hookah was good, and I think we got lucky because there was live music that night. I don’t know much Arabic music, but it fit the vibe perfectly. Inshallah, I’ll definitely come back again!

I went to Habibi Lounge in Boston, Massachusetts with my girlfriends after a night out in the city, and we had such a great time. Our server, Juan, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered the house tea, which was perfectly brewed, and it paired so well with the baklava and cheese bread. Both were fresh and delicious. The hookah was delivered with an orange head, which made the flavor smooth and really enjoyable. The girls especially loved it, and Juan made sure the coals and setup were always just right. The vibe of the lounge was cozy, welcoming, and authentic—a perfect place to relax after being out in the city. I’d highly recommend Habibi Lounge for their great food, tea, hookah, and excellent service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently relocated from Washington, DC, and my best friend and I were on the hunt for a good hookah lounge that could live up to the spots we were used to back home. We decided to check out Hookah Lounge, and I’m so glad we did mainly because of Mario. From the moment we walked in, Mario made us feel completely welcome. Moving to a new area can feel a little overwhelming, but his energy and hospitality instantly made the place feel like our new go-to spot. He took the time to walk us through the flavors, made some great recommendations, and you could tell he really knew his stuff. The hookah itself was fantastic smooth, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can tell Mario takes pride in what he does because everything was set up perfectly and he kept checking in to make sure everything was hitting right. The service was attentive without ever feeling rushed, which made the whole experience even better. What really stood out, though, was Mario’s personality. He’s friendly, professional, and genuinely cares that guests have a great time. It turned what could have been just another night out into a really memorable experience for me and my best friend. If you’re looking for great hookah, great service, and an overall great vibe, this is the place and definitely ask for Mario. He truly made our night and turned two newcomers to the area into loyal customers. We’ll absolutely be back.

Who’s the manager here? Quan? Because he acts like a manager but he is not. Someone should tell him this. Mario is a good guy but can’t lead. The other guy can’t lead as well. He is busy doing few things. Definitely a huge gap of leadership. No mature dude to talk to. I call on the Owner of Habibis: this place is got a huge name. Please don’t destroy it. Bring someone who can effectively lead this. Take this seriously, I’m your loyal customer. Thanks.

Fell in love with this place. Service was a little slow but to be fair they were busy. The ambiance felt so authentic. Can't wait to go back.
