I love this place so much, I drive 2 1/2 hours round trip. They read ,listen, and had pickup perfect. Must try, KING OF THE SELTZERS!! *****UPDATE****** Place is still awesome, clean with the best SELTZER around. They've changed their 4 voucher policy to not be used with BULK CASE PRICE and sale items. By doing so, the vouchers become a joke. Again, Theory Wellness is a great Dispensary, just call ahead before making the trip!

This crew is the best crew in the area! Not only do you go into theory to get the best products, but you leave there smiling. The staff goes above and beyond to try to help and make you feel welcome.

Have gone at least 4 separate times with a few months in between and dabbed a variety of different consistencies and strains of their concentrates and they all taste the same. Each concentrate reeks of the solvent used to make them and nothing stands out flavor or effect wise. Is it affordable? Yes. Does it do anything other than give milder effects? No. This past time was definitely the last try as a 1g Jar of RS11 x Jealousy batter was sauce/soup consistency and easily shorted to be ~.5g. I also went several months ago with a return issue they didn't even think to reconcile, so I wasn't about to go back with another issue seeing how poorly the first one was handled. Giving 2 stars for the simple fact that the last time I went I actually got somewhat okay customer service from a rep, which all other times was poor.

I used to love this place, and went once a week since they opened. I was called by the manager yesterday and told I can't use their restroom as I left a "bio-hazard" in the restroom. I have parapalegia and the "bio-hazard" was a catheter. I was quite insulted and embarrassed. I won't be going back. I spent about 5k a year at their store, I guess they don't need my money.

I've been going to this dispensary for years. They have the best seltzers! Unfortunately they recently raised the price (100mg seltzers $25 more for buy 6 deal) which i feel is a big jump in price. I won't be visting as much as i usual do. Disappointed
