⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. The manager was extremely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The customer service was poor, and instead of trying to resolve issues, the staff seemed uninterested in helping. There are plenty of better hookah lounges with friendlier staff and much better service. I would not recommend Sky Hookah & Vape Lounge, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

This is hands down the best shisha lounge in the Boston area. The staff and service are exceptional - never had to wait to be seated. They remember their customers well and happily customize selections upon request. I highly recommend that all shisha lovers stop by and say hi to Dean “the Man.” You’ll be well taken care of here!

Just had the best experience at Sky Hookah Lounge! The drinks were great and they had a wide variety of flavors of shisha. Everyone was super nice and the experience was really chill. I plan on coming back for bellydancing next Saturday!

Hookah was great but the service takes the cake. Deen was very welcoming from the start and made me and my friend feel at home. Great service and great hookah lounge.

Sky lounge hookah has a unique atmosphere, the moment you step into the lounge. You feel like you are in Morocco! The staff at sky lounge hookah are wonderful, particularly Dean! Dean takes care of his customers really well. Every 10 minutes he’ll come and check up on us. Not only does he take care of his customers he also manages front and the back. Making sure the lounge has every products that the customers want. I highly recommend young adults to come here and enjoy a nice hookah, especially on a Friday night! Sky lounge hookah has a belly dancer that comes and dance for the customers for an hour!
