James helped me and my husband find the perfect cigars as we are very occasional smokers. We have been to many Smokeshop’s in Massachusetts and this one really does stick out. His shop dog Winnie came over to greet us, instantly making us feel welcome and James was very knowledgeable on every product they had. It’s truly refreshing walking into a Smokeshop that has someone so attentive and patient with all our questions. I never leave reviews but my experience here was truly delightful! Tried selling me 4 30mg 7oh tabs for $60 🤔 Somerset sells for $20 same mg same brand. This is why everybody buys online. For 1$ to 3$ a tab. From what I read on the reviews night time crew likes to overcharge? Looks like what happened to me.

Poor vape selection. Bought 5 vapes which included a conversation about I’ll take whichever are the most reliable. Open the first one - works fine but when the battery died wouldn’t recharge . At 50$ I bring it back and they say I should have tried it in the store . Unless the battery was dead I’d have no idea or anyway of knowing it was defective. Second vape opened - 100 %!battery 100% juice , device won’t draw and screen won’t illuminate . Again I go back - this is a BRAND NEW vape. He tells me I should have come back the same day…. I’m sorry I don’t have that luxury I have a job. They claim the owners strict and if they exchanged for everyone theyd go Out of business. So they provide unreliable products then refuse to stand by them. It’s sad . I’ll never do business with them again . Pathetic is what they are.

Amazing! Knowledgeable about every product! Not often I have a smoke shop employee know everything about their products. He really knows what he's talking about. I believe his name was James. I definitely be going back. Very cool friendly guy. I moved here from FL and he explained everything patiently and perfectly. You will not regret it.
