Bought a glass piece here about 3 months ago and the yellow glass part inside detached while I was cleaning it. I didn’t drop it, hit it, or misuse it. I was literally using the cleaning solution they sold me. I brought it back because if something is already coming apart from normal use and cleaning after a few months, I don’t trust the product anymore. Instead of actually addressing that, I got hit with “glass breaks” and “it gets heated up over and over.” Yeah, obviously glass can break, but quality glassware shouldn’t have internal pieces falling off from regular use. I asked for my money back and they just hid behind store policy and gave me some basic replacement piece I didn’t even want. I’ve spent money here before, but I’m done after this. If this is what they consider normal durability for their glass, I’ll just buy better quality somewhere else.

I came to this store to get a charger for my vape, and the clerk seemed annoyed with my presence. I’m a customer. I should be treated with respect, you shouldn’t act like I’m bothering you. These people need to check their attitude because without the customers you have no business.

I've been there a couple of times. I have found exactly what I need. I had an issue with the juices and the gentleman was so extremely nice, he took care of it. Every time I go in I walk out happy and satisfied. Thank you for your service

Nice selection of pipes and water pipes. the gentleman who was working was very helpful when we went in to purchase a bong. looked at multiple sizes and styles and was able to find what we were looking for. i would definitely go back when i am in the area and in need of something new.
