Spacious store with lots of room — aisles aren't squished together like some other warehouses. Plenty of parking, which is a big plus. Watch out for the deadly roundabout getting in — be extra careful, especially when turning. Overall, it has everything you expect from BJ's: solid selection, good deals on bulk items, and the usual warehouse vibe. beware of roundabout coming in

We go to BJS in HudsonA because of 1 reason. The current store manager Sean is amazing! We had a few issues with this store and we considered going elsewhere until we Sean, fairly new to the store, stepped in an followed through until our issues were resolved. We host large events and its critical that everything run smoothly. Thanks to Sean, we have not had any issues!

I like shopping at BJ's especially the Hudson location but this is a warning not to buy the cupcakes. I don't know what happened with the quality but the cupcakes are disgusting now chocolate and vanilla. I just purchased cupcakes twice in June 2026. First I ordered chocolate cupcakes which were dry and flavorless. I thought maybe just the chocolate might be bad so I ordered vanilla cupcakes a few weeks later and they were also dry and flavorless. In the past I always purchased BJ's cakes and they were delicious. But the cupcakes are definitely not worth having. I recently went to a party and had cupcakes from Shaw's supermarket and those were absolutely delicious. Which made me realize how awful the BJ's cupcakes were.

Most things are of good quality, rotisserie chickens are $5, and most workers are really nice. I have had multiple/many issues with bagged produce (Apples heavily damaged soft potatoes, old Onions, moldy bell peppers) and moldy store brand cheese so check carefully all produce. Returns are no issue, just a hassle. Gas savings are great. I love Costco, but this is more convenient. They have recently improved their store brand cashews and a few other items.

Stopped receiving my coupon books in the mail. Customer service contacted by phone three times and I was told I could walk into the club and get one. I told them you're telling a handicap person to walk into that big store twice to get their coupon book and then go back to do their shopping. Email got no response other than that it was received and I would get a response within 72 hours. Zilch. BJ's customer service absolutely sucks.
