Terrible! There are hardly ever any people working at the registers anymore. Every time I come in, I see a worker stacked with 10 people waiting in line. There is definitely poor management as well. When I spoke to Brad, he came off rude and he treated his workers with disrespect. Kaitlin, also a new manager, is terrible at service and she is no help towards neither customers and her workers! Not to mention, there is a huge mouse problem going on. Ive seen many mice running around the isles! They do a terrible job with items on the shelves- lots of rotten food. You also have a better chance on finding better deals at walmart, as well as better quality and management. I am surprised this location is still up and running. Somebody please get rid of that Brad guy! Also kaitlin!!! ASAP!

2.5 stars averaged. In store 2.0 stars and delivery 3.0 stars. I don't shop instore unless an emergency. A recent delivery was missing 5 items of produce and I was offered a refund which is OK, but I still need those items and they won't redeliver them because less than $25 for those items. I also pre-tipped the driver $18 on $107 order missing a bag of produce. Maybe my tip was too small. I added a six pack of Tissue at last minute that raised the order total by $18.

Update 3: today is July 23 and I just found a yogurt that was expired June 30th. Don’t buy anything without checking the expiration date. The store is in capable of removing expired products from the shelves. Update 2: Found turkey pepperoni that was more than six weeks expired! Gross!! See photo. Always check expiration dates for everything you buy. The store is incapable of removing expired inventory. Update: The condition of produce is getting worse. See photos. This store needs to clean the produce bins, especially the asparagus. Wash the produce thoroughly before eating. See photo… I also just bought a giant tub of Cabot 2% yogurt. I put it in my bowl and it was all curdled. I checked the date and it was six days expired when I bought it!! The store needs to do a better job of taking out expired food. I think I’m finally done with the store. “Shaws there is no need for me to waste my time calling the store as requested. Please have management do a better job of removing expired produce and products from the shelves. It’s quite simple and a health hazard.” Beware the store sells lots of expired foods. The mission wraps are almost always expired. The fresh Alfredo sauce has been expired the last three times I’ve shopped. Yogurts are also often expired. If you shop here check the dates on everything you buy. I haven even bought boxed items that were past their expiration date. The store needs to do a better job as it can be a health hazard to consume expired food.

The meat manager Austin M at the hudson location likes to put expired meat out for 50 percent. When I asked him if this was safe his response was that the date doesn't matter as long as it looks good to eat. I don't think that's right austin! I would avoid buying meat here or anythingelse for that matter.

I usually don't write reviews but saw a very recent negative review for the meat department this shaws, And specifically calling out the meat manager there... This is very upsetting to me because I've been coming to the shaws for probably about the past 20 years And I've never had a negative experience, Ever since the newer meat manager, Austin, Began at the shows it has only improved and I have really enjoyed My experiences since he started here, He will always hook me up with the best meats and he's always very friendly and knowledgeable. I hate to see a good workers name smeared because of one miserable person who had a bad day and needed to take it out on someone else. This is a great Shaws With a great meat manager, who really cares about his work. Please do not listen to one miserable person's review who needs to take others down with them. I will continue to shop at this Shaws And buy my meat from Austin, Because I know I can trust the quality of his work and that he actually has a passion and knack for what he does.
