I left my cigars at home. Usually I bring them whenever I am in relax mode. So I made a desperate attempt to find some decent cigars and a reasonable cutter and matches. The customer service was great. I asked for options and I immediately got them. Ended up walking out with 6+1 cigars and a combo lighter/cutter. The guy was extremely helpful, communicative and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place. And best part i will come back whenever I travel to the area.

Owner Ricky is extremely rude. I walked in and told him the vape he sold me was faulty and he started dropping F bombs saying go somewhere else to buy vapes then. vape he sold me worked for a day.

Guy was extremely rude. Was having trouble with a lighter I didn’t buy from him. Was fully intending to buy some cigars or maybe a new lighter. During his profane lecture, he proved to be quite truculent and rude. Don’t go there.

I gave 4 out of five stars. I would have given 5 pertaining to the merchandise, the ambiance, the staff, the location everything is amazing when it comes to that. The prices how ever tend to range towards expensive. Not to the point of breathe bank though. It all depends on how you look at it. Instead of driving to Providence to get a vape other than clear, I can shop hear where I am provided with an amazing list of options. Anything and everything pertaining to Tabasco this place with have your fix. Friendly staff as well
