What a cool store! It uses a bunch of older carriges and equipment from the former Party America and Party Universe. Basically a still open Party City. The place also had a discontinued line of TY still in stock. What a crazy place!

If you wanna waste your money shop at this location went to go do an exchange and they refused because I did not have my receipt, but I had the transaction on my phone horrible. Customer service will never shop there again.

Every single time I tried to order ballons ask them to have at a specific time they don’t have it ready so upsetting how they have these teens running the store and have no skills no customer service so rude I can placed the order asked for the ballons to be ready at 11 am here I am at 11:45 am still waiting for the ballons and the poor girls alone trying to run the whole store.

This red hair girl took 45 minutes to blow up my balloons and the whole time she was charging up with her coworkers about school even though none of them seemed interested. Do not expect good customer service if she’s working.

Now my favorite kids costume store! Just went there this morning, one hour drive and it was worth it! A large variety of costumes plus they also have party decor! And....staff are awesome!
