The customer service here is awful. Everyone is to busy on their cell phones. Not one employee greets you, acknowledges you. This girl was on her cell phone the entire time and the line was moving so slow. Another kid was sitting down so no one could see he was at his register. The service desk is always closed.

Made an online order today with the expectation of receiving it today. Order went through fine. Roughly an hour later got a text saying order canceled item notlllllllll in stock. Two seconds later I excepted the challenge went to the store walked to the item where I seen it a day earlier in the spot it is supposed to be in and cashed out.I came home to contact someone in the store to say do better and 5 different departments chose not to answer the phone all I'm saying is do better I seen a dozen employees on my route in and out of the store helping no one with anything but themselves to a paycheck.

Poor customer service Coach Wilson was rude and not helpful not only to me but to the gentleman on the phone with me from walmart.com. He refused to except my return because I did not have the box it came in it was a fan I purchased online that was defective only had the fan a week or two before I noticed it was turning on by itself. I did not save the box because I bought the same fan a week prior to this one it works fine didn't think I'd be returning it. My only option on Walmart online was refund not an exchange it didn't ask if it was in its original package. If the people Coaching at Walmart had better traning maybe he would of tried to help instead of refusing to. By the way if this happens to you don't go to the store to return it just ship it back and cancel your Walmart subscription it's not worth the hassle

Employees constantly park their car in the parking lots in the front, how is it only 7am and half the parking lot is filled?? I walk in there and I only see 1-2 other shoppers. Isn’t there a policy for this? This photo was taken at 5:50am, btw
