Mike is the BEST - a consistently friendly and knowledgeable employee who keeps me coming back! Stock and selection are great at this location, especially compared to others nearby. I was also helped by Mike to set up a rewards account, which regularly racks up discounts. 10/10 cant recommend enough.

Very disappointing experience. What’s even more concerning is that I’ve seen this shop sell tobacco products to people who appeared to be minors. The rules should be applied correctly and consistently.

Love this shop best smoke shop in malden mike is the nicest guy always so sweet and kind and very helpful

Love it. Mike and Usman worked together to find me the perfect vape and their juice recommendation was amazing! I love the fact that they always have PHIX, Juul, and Bo pods available. They’re awesome.

Can't beat the excellent customer service that Mike and Jimmy provide. Great guys, good product, always warm in the store and with a nice smell of incense. Wide product selection, good deals with the Five Star app, and always has what I'm looking for. Best smoke shop in Malden, hands down.
