I’ve been a medical patient at Garden Remedies since before they moved to the new Marlborough location, and the upgrade is great. The store is beautiful, easy to get to, and parking is simple. What really keeps me coming back is the staff. Same friendly faces, very little turnover, and they actually recognize me — and my service dog — every time I walk in. They’re always welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy to make thoughtful recommendations. If something doesn’t work out, they make it right without any hassle. They even know my dog’s name and give him treats, which officially makes this his favorite stop. From the front door to management (Matt — thank you), the whole team is kind, professional, and accommodating. Highly recommend.

In a world full of many options I am always on the lookout for the best dispensary experience. Each interaction with an associate can greatly shape my view of an establishment. Let's be honest with ourselves, not everyone is cut out of the dog eat dog world of customer service. Then, like a shining light in a dark world, there was Ben. Ben metaphorically took my hand and guided me through his recreational offerings with grace, knowledge, and most of all kindness. I left Garden Remedies with my bag full and a smile on my face. Can't stress enough how much I appreciate people like him who clearly enjoy what they do and bring that passion to work everyday with them. Definitely worth the trip out there to see him again.

MOST OF MY REVIEWS FOCUS ON HELPING THOSE WITH MOBILITY IMPAIRMENTS UNDERSTAND HOW MANY STEPS A STORE HAS, ELEVATOR, ACCESS PARKING ETC The parking lot is flat as you can see, just one door, the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. (Take the 3 minutes to answer their rewards type program because I got $10 off today just for joining it!) I love the decor and even backpacks that are older proof! Fun accessories everywhere but most of all it's the staff and their patienc3 with a middle-aged idiot LOL Don't forget to give at least something for a tip as these are young people that are working hard and we should reward that!!!

This was my first purchase at this store. I felt kind of silly walking in for someone my age not knowing what the lingo is for these types of stores. the person at the front desk made me feel not so silly answered my questions made me feel very comfortable then out back Jenny help me with my purchase and the same made me feel very comfortable and explain to me what I needed explaining and I will definitely be going back.

As a renewing patient and someone who hadn’t been here in years, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They hooked me up with some killer deals on some great bud too. Definitely glad I came back — I’ll be returning for sure!
