Ever since I moved to Massachusetts. Kosa has been the only dispensary I go to. The staff are great ppl! They have a wide variety of products!!! Also the attitude of the staff is great!!! I will definitely recommend to anybody looking to go and get great customer service!!!

I’ve visited most of the dispensaries in the metro west and this is one of my faves. Friendly staff, nice interior and a relaxed vibe compared to some shops. I usually go with the ounces from INSA and I’ve been pleased with the bud. Recommended.

i used to absolutely love this place and the staff, but as of recently some of the newer employees demonstrate upselling tactics that are a bit too much, to the point you feel like a nuisance just because you’re not spending hundreds of dollars in store. i understand its a business trying to make money, but the experience is not as friendly as it used to be, which is sad for me to say because i feel like i developed not only a routine that worked for me and my habits, but also acquaintances that i’d look forward to say hi to. time to find a new place i guess

My husband used to buy here but they charged twice on the card one time and he tried to resolve with them but nobody helped him, the manager said that he don’t care about it, my husband still on debit…be careful using your card in this store, we never received our money back that they charged extra! We have the receipt in our bank account 👍🏼
