Some of the best humans are found working here. Great owner. And the help is Always helpful, accommodating ,super friendly, and kind. Huge variety, great prices, and if they don’t have it they’ll try and get it for you. Pleasant St. Rocks!

I'd recommend going somewhere else they sell broken glass and defective pieces and if you buy it and it breaks in store you can refund it if it breaks outside you can't. Stay away from gas station smoke shops stay away from convenience style smoke shops theyre all cheap stuff if you wanna go somewhere go to lily glass In worcester or go online read reviews stop giving your business to places like this they know your gonna keep coming back to buy the same cheap stuff that breaks at the dumbest moments. I got a bong lit the bowl and it popped off the stem where I put the bowl into smh lit it with a lighter didn't even get to smoke my bowl the glass popped and bowl fell and my bowl broke too they did not reimburse me for my bowl nor the bong that bowl was worth more then that bong (the bowl cost me a good 480$ bucks) custom bowl i had made for me i had commissioned. Btw the bong was like 280$ they dont care about customer service either they did nothing to try and remedy it. Basically said thats your fault no refund should've checked the glass before you left ok next time ill smoke a bowl right in there 😤.so its my fault you buy cheap stuff, its my fault you guys don't check your glass, its my fault you dont reimburse people even though you know you sell cheap defective glass, its my fault it broke, its my fault the glass machine that made it didnt do it right. My custom bong has fallen dozens of times it has not broken once this gets heat applied to the bowl and it pops the glass and breaks itself like brother thats beyond me you sold me a bong thats meant to be smoked from with a lighter and it breaks at the first sign of fire smh. STAY AWAY!!!!

I visited Pleasant St Smoke Shop for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. They had a very robust selection of products covering a wide range of needs. I was able to find what I needed at a great price and was even able to order a product that was not available. I met the Shop owner and his son, who were extremely friendly and very helpful. I will be visiting this shop mamy more times in the future.

These are my people. They should be your people too.
