This place has gone downhill I guess. I used to buy all my accessories here (and thousands of $$ on glass) but I just bought a vape pen that stopped working all of a sudden less than a week after I bought it. No returns, no exchanges, no troubleshooting or help at all just tough shit better luck next time. If you don't stand behind the products you sell then why are you a company and why do you sell these products? I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. What a shame.

I arrived at the location at 8:59, only to find the door closing right in front of me. The staff member walked out, making it clear they were closed despite the stated hours of 9:30. I won't be returning. Fix your hours or close when you’re supposed to this is why small businesses lose money.

I have been here a few times and will only go to this shop now . The staff has been very helpful and friendly , also very funny . All four times I was in the shop it has been a different worker . They are all very cool . The place is clean and they have a very nice selection of vape products . If you are looking for bongs , wrops , cigars , vape products they have a very nice selection. I will definitely be back again and again . It's refreshing being in a store that you can laugh and joke a little bit . This place is great . Would definitely recommend.

No exchanges on super stale wraps is kinda crazy. Spent like $16 and they were all brittle and stale. Don’t buy any high hemps or nattys till they replace their stock

Every time I go in here there has been rude workers. One girl sits outside of the shop in her car and makes you wait to go in, leaving the store unattended. Not to mention when she does come in she speaks in a condescending and rude tone of voice. Another young guy that sold me a glass piece didn’t wrap it or anything. Also was very rude and not helpful at all. Unfortunately until there are new employees with better attitudes towards customers I will not be going here anymore.
