Great customer service. Quick and easy.

I had an okay experience, as soon as we walked in 3 people came out from the back and were staring at my husband, my roommate and I. Just a little awkward lol. The Tobacco was extremely dry. My roommate got a small bag of tube cut gambler light tobacco and the bag was dirty, dusty and dry as all helk. We went again the following week and the one bag that was behind the one she took was still there...dry and nasty. They need to DISCOUNT old dry bags to change inventory quicker. Der.
