Love this location! Eric is one of the best employees and always knows how to help me! He always has a smile and his knowledge of this store always blows me away. He is extra kind and makes this location a special place to visit.

In my opinion, stores should be more open to returns within 2 days of purchase, for an unused trash of a battery (EWASTE!) Went in on a Saturday to get a replacement battery, did not have what I was looking for, and was convinced (swindled) into buying an outdated, micro-USB battery. Did not see this charging style until flipping the box open when i got home. Mind you, there no damage while checking, so i figured i'd be able to keep it in the box like it was packaged and yet when i tried to return this, they said they have ABSOLUTELY NO RETURN POLICY. No wonder this is in a sketchy plaza with rusty stairs going to the store...

Rad store Owner sucks at fantasy tho.
