Nice store, large aisles prevents feeling like the store is over crowded, large selection & variety of groceries, produce section clean and had a variety of options, prices are fair. I also like the big Y brand.

Last Thursday I called in a prescription refill into Big Y pharmacy. Got a message that it would be ready the next day at 11AM. OK, I came in the next day at 1 PM. Refill wasn't ready. This can happen occasionally... BUT, I big burly pharmacist in an unfriendly tone informed me that it was just a computer (in other words who cares) and then added "there are 75 people ahead of you". All this instead of just saying "sorry, we'll take care of it". If he had any smarts he would have changed computer message to allow himself and his staff more time. Instead he chose to imply that I was a problem, not him. This shows a bad attitude. I was kind of taken aback and just walked away. This is a bad reflection on otherwise nice store. After all there are plenty of other pharmacies around...

A reasonable supermarket with good specialty areas, including a large bakery, deli, and fresh fish stand. While it's a convenient, keep an eye on the price tag a few everyday items were noticeably costlier here than at Walmart.

I ordered a margarita pizza with extra Mozzarella. Highly recommend you try their pizza. Perfect! The crust had that chewy bite. I can’t rave enough about how satisfied I was with my order. Excellent customer service.

Big Y has everything!!! Great selections on every kind of diet, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free. Good, free parking. Plenty of handicap spots and easy entry, wide aisles too! Self-check outs and staff check-outs.
