This is the best smoke shop in the area hands down. Cheapest prices plus the guys who work here are pretty chill. I don't shop anywhere else when I'm in Massachusetts

Updated their opening hours from 9-10 and they still can’t get here on time. 0 respect for customers. You had one job

As a loyal customer for over 4 years, I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a vape that was defective right out of the box. While the store eventually allowed me to replace it, they warned it would be ‘the last time.’ They also said I’m now required to open and test products in the store before leaving. This is not only inconvenient but also unreasonable. Testing products in-store isn’t always practical, and it shifts the burden of their quality control failures onto the customer. Massachusetts law (Chapter 93A) protects consumers from unfair practices, and all products should meet the implied warranty of merchantability. I expected better service and accountability. After this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same.

Great selection, friendly staff but they are rarely open at posted business hours.

This is a gem of a cigar shop. Selection of brands is excellent. A whole wall of very clean humidors. Display is easy to find what your looking for. And varied enough to try some new things for a casual smoker. Prices are right on the mark.
