They have just about everything you’d expect but are completely lacking FRESH FOOD. No fruit, no vegetables, no meat, no eggs, no milk. I was shocked to see it. How hard is it to add a produce and meat department? Only a third of the checkout lanes are open, lines are extremely long. If they add fresh food products, everything else is fixable. They’re in a great location with a large customer base.

The worst customer service ever I went today and yesterday to pick up my order grocery I had to go two days in a row to be able to talk to somebody to get my order plus my frozen chicken breast they had to change it because somebody left it all the side of the freezer Plus I had to call Cooper's office because two items were missing and the back of a chicken they had to give me a new one I've never seen bad service like this the manager in the parking lot he tried to do anything for me very nice person but the rest of the guys and the service disgusting !!! Never use Quincy Walmart again
This store is just so poorly managed and it is clear they are simply there to make a profit. There is NO capable customer service, the people who stock make it seem like the customers are the problem and they have NO problem telling Customers who are. Shopping and spending money to “MOVE” if they think you are in their way. Half the self-checkout credit card scanners don’t work properly and the handicap scooters are precarious AT best and I’m surprised more customers aren’t getting taken out at the knees by those things because the controls are obviously glitchy and the scooters don’t seem to be maintained much beyond charging them. It’s a ridiculous store and the retail barons at Walmart can not make it any clearer that they DO not care about customers other than getting us in there and spending. Quincy really needs a capable competitor to come in and start taking some of this corporatist company’s business.
Very disappointed with the customer service at this Walmart today (around 2:23 PM). My wife and I came to buy a watch to celebrate our anniversary. We were happy and excited, but our experience turned into one of the worst shopping experiences we’ve ever had. We waited more than 25 minutes for someone to unlock the watch display. When an employee finally came, we started looking at the watches. Suddenly, she became rude and aggressive. She hit the watches with her hand, told us to stop looking because we were “messing up the prices,” and then said she was not going to help us. We were shocked and humiliated. We are regular customers and shop at this Walmart all the time. After this happened, we asked to speak with a manager and requested the employee’s name, but no one wanted to help us or even identify the employee. No customer deserves to be treated with disrespect, especially when they are simply trying to make a purchase. What should have been a happy day for our anniversary turned into a very painful and humiliating experience.I respectfully ask Walmart management to investigate this incident by reviewing the security camera footage around 2:23 PM 7/7/26. My wife and I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect like every other customer. We are not asking for anything except fairness, accountability, and assurance that no other family will experience the same humiliation we went through. I truly hope Walmart will do the right thing and restore our trust.
