City Smoke Shop is the best! It offers a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. The shop is very clean and well- organized. The staff is friendly, kind and always willing to help. They’re dog friendly, and even offer water and food for them to enjoy! They have been beyond helpful and supportive to my son who has held multiple lemonade stands in front of their store, Hetvi has provided the tunes to help attract customers to the lemonade stand. This store is great for convenience and so much more! Highly recommended!!!

I had a really weird experience at your South Boston location with an employee named Neil. This isn’t my first time buying from here either which really threw me off. I’m 22 years old (just turned 22 on the 22nd this month) and showed my valid state-issued ID that expires in 2027. He refused to serve me at first, saying he “wouldn’t take my ID until after February,” which literally makes no sense because I’m already legally of age He didn’t even properly scan it he literally just took a quick glance and shut me down. We went back and forth for about 10 minutes, and he even told me to show a passport like my real government ID wasn’t good enough. That’s ridiculous. What makes it worse is that he eventually sold me the item anyway, which proves there was no real reason to deny me in the first place. It felt like he was just being difficult for no reason and wasting my time. If there’s an ID policy, your employees should actually know it, explain it clearly, and apply it consistently and not make things up on the spot or treat customers like they’re doing something wrong. This was unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly annoying. Do better with staff training.
