Being a smoke shop I was told that they had really cool lighters. I was looking for a small but cool gift for some one so I went in and they had so many different types and some were so cool. I bought a lighter that looked like a grenade and it turned out to be such a great gift the person loved it. When they lost it I went back to the smoke shop and got another lighter in a cool shape. I also was a Customer when I needed a refill. The customer service was great. They helped me with what I needed. And I will for sure go back.

Poor customer service and extremely rude owner. There are much better options for cigars in Wakefield Edit to respond to owner. The fact is you were closed 30 minutes earlier than what your own window and all your business listings show and then got pissy when I pointed it out. This isn't the first time you've failed to be open during posted hours. Why lie to your customers?

Mediocre selection, not what it used to be Not sure what you're talking about? I was here a few years ago, bought a nice Partagas. I came here a couple weeks ago looking for a gift for a friend. I asked a question about the lighters and got a mumbled response then was promptly ignored. I didn't even bother asking about humidors after that.

Mark's is the perfect place to find a huge selection of fine cigars, and -- just like picking out a cigar -- don't let the size fool you. It may be a small "hole in the wall" shop, but the level of service, welcoming feel and various options to chose from is the trade off, and a good one at that! Mark is awesome, & will even place a custom order for you if needed. The other gentleman who works there is also very pleasant and makes sure you find what you're looking for, but without hovering over your shoulder. They carry some hard to find labels as well, and my personal favorite (yeah right, like there is only one), is the Edge, by Rocky Patel. For $5.75 you can't beat the flavor, quality and length of smoke. They also have some nice "buck a'sticks", meaning, some inexpensive cigars that may cost you $2 or $3 bucks, but have nice flavor and are perfect for when you would like a smoke, but it doesn't warrant a $6, $7, $8 splurge. For example, I like to have a cheaper one when mowing the lawn or in times that I can't really sit to appreciate a finer one. They also have a great selection of cigar accessories too. Humidors, cutters, lighters, ash trays, and other materials are located in the back right or in the glass case. If you are a pipe smoker, this is your spot too, as they have a nice array of pipes for sale, and great quality of pipe tobacco. As I am in the planning stages for my ultimate "man cave", what I also like about Mark's is they sell their empty boxes for $1 each, sometimes $2 if it is a very nice one. These are great for tool benches, decoration around a game room or said man cave, or unique to give a mix of cigars in when presenting as a gift. All in all Mark's is great and I would highly recommend not only stopping in to purchase, but meet Mark and sit down inside to enjoy a cigar as well.
