Truly Terrible customer service. I’m disabled, with a noticeable limp. As such, I don’t move too fast. A clerk literally yelled at me across the store to “hurry up.” Apparently they were closing soon… although not that soon as people were still entering store after I had made way to the front, checked out, and limped to my car. I guess their staff just dislike having handicapped customers.

The selection is great, customer service is rude. Twice now I’ve gone to their redemption center with multiple trash bags of cans and bottles after having big parties and when turning in my redemption receipts I was asked if I stole their cans (there are multiple bags of empty cans right in front of the machines) if they are worried about people stealing their empty recyclables maybe they shouldn’t just leave them sitting around? It was very offensive as I only redeemed about $7 it’s not like it was a ridiculous amount. After this happening twice I will take my bussiness else where.

Management will display a six packs of bottles and then send only one bottle. With no possibility of a refund, these people are scammers and crooks. Can’t reply, so I’ll edit. I made it through Uber Eats around 3pm today. I will continue this through whatever email you provided
