I had never been to a dispensary in this state before, but after doing my research, I decided to stop by Coastal Healing Cannabis—and I’m honestly so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the service stood out right away. Nate welcomed me in, got me checked in smoothly, and set the tone for a really comfortable experience. Then Tom (I hope I got your name right—sorry if I didn’t!) took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. He didn’t rush me or just try to sell anything—he actually made sure I was getting products that fit what I wanted. The customer service here is truly top-notch. Both Nate and Tom were friendly, patient, and just real, down-to-earth people. You can tell they take pride in helping customers and making sure you leave satisfied. On top of that, the products are just as impressive. Everything I picked up—from the pre-rolls to the cart—was high quality, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for. And the pricing? Very fair, especially with the deals they had going. Great quality without feeling overpriced, which is hard to find. I was even a little short on my purchase, and Tom went out of his way to help me out—that meant a lot and says a lot about how they treat people. I’m back in town again for work and will absolutely be stopping in again. If you’re looking for a place with outstanding service, top-tier products, and prices that actually make sense, Coastal Healing Cannabis is definitely worth checking out.

An absolute gem of a dispensary 💎- My new go-to med shop! Personable employees and welcoming atmosphere, without the club-level loud music. ✨️Everyone I interacted with was super friendly, highly knowledgeable about the products🥦, and easily answered my questions. They had a good selection of med products available, as well as on the rec menu. They offer discounts also 😎- I even got a free lighter!🔥 Coastal's commitment to community, artistic enrichment, and upcoming events- makes this shop an easy fav in the area!💜 Stop in and check them out👈👋😊

I lived in Fall River and so far i found that Coastal Healing Dispensary is my favorite dispensary near Fall River. They are only five minutes from Fall River and they have some of the best weed for a small business and cultivador. They have have the best weed prices. They them and you will see why they are the best

Drove by the place coming back from the Dartmouth Mall, turned around and went back to go see just what they had to offer. INCREDIBLE in house flower!! My absolute favorite is Lemon Zephyr. This will be my forever "go to" bud for rolling. You heard the phrase "top shelf"? Well any bud they grow and sell there is absolutely TOP SHELF!! You gotta go try em out!! The ONLY dispensary I will advertise on my Jeep, right above my NORML sticker.
