Would have been a 1star review if I had not received decent service prior. But the last time I came here I bought a space bar and it was so burnt I couldn’t even hit it!!! I didn’t even leave the parking lot. Brought it back in and the girl refused to let me exchange it she was rude and knew nothing about any products you sell. Every question I asked her response was I do not know! New to the area and I will absolutely not be going back. Will be looking for elsewhere to spend my money.

This place was great. It had exactly what I was looking for, which is difficult in Massachusetts after laws and regulations were put into place to combat vaping. Fortunately, there are a handful of places that have what you’re looking for around the state, and this is one of them.

Place has a strange vibe. Its quiet and still, reminds me of walking into a funeral home. Employee seemed uninterested, had no shoes on, and was on phone. If the employees dont want to be there, why would I? Place has an amazing stock. Lots of potential for a great store.

There is a massive selection and the hospitality is amazing. I'm a frequent shopper and Kate is amazing . She is always really helpful and incredibly informative. Her and her incredible service is the reason I won't go anywhere else.

I was very happy with the selection of products and the prices of those products. The service I have received by a variety of workers was always top notch. I have purchased cigars ,wraps , and other various items and have always been happy. I would definitely recommend this store.
