I bought a 35 dollar vape on my debit card from the lincoln street store. It was defective and was making me choke when i used it. I brought it in and showed the clerk. He told me there is nothing he can do. I wanted to exchange it for another. Horrible customer service. Selling broken products, highly advice to stay clear of jays smoke shop.
