I’m not sure what you’re doing at 5:50 that you can’t come from the back to serve somebody when you hear the door open. I get that you’re busy watching your show, but I think I’m good and I’ll go somewhere else. They don’t give a shit to serve customers And even if an owner replies back to this, you can’t say shit because all I heard was your employee listening to a TV show on their phone.

The man in the back of the shop was Praying. Be patient next time. He is very respectful and friendly.

This place is pretty comparable to others in the area. The staff I've met seem pretty nice. However multiple occasions at this point. They don't open on time. A restaurant can open on time with preparation beforehand. This place can't unlock a door on time.

Stopped there once during my lunch break, since it’s the closest to my job, I asked the guy who works there if they have Geek Bar, he pointed me to some kind of a knockoff version of it. I asked him why it doesn’t say “Geek Bar” and he said it’s made by them and not to worry about it. Sure enough it is indeed a knockoff version that has nothing to do with Geek Bar and of course, horrible quality. I don’t know what kind of business strategy that is as I will never go there again because of that.

Nice and clean shop but whoever works here isn't knowledgeable of the products they sell. I asked for RAW Cone tips and he was so dumbfounded. This is the second time the same person didn't know what I was asking for.
